We offer fast and reliable shipping across the world and your package will be sent direcly to your mailbox. If you have any trouble at all receiving your package we will quickly and seamlessly remedy the situation for you.
As we ship to multiple countries, we recommand you check the delivery time for your country on this page. However, we send out all of our orders through mailbox post. Due to this, you do not have to stay at home to receive your package as it is just slipped through your mailbox. If you order before 17:00 GMT+1, we ship out your order the same day.

It is almost guaranteed that we never send out a faulty product because we make sure all our sunglasses are in top-notch condition before they are shipped. Cheapass Sunglasses offers her clients the possibility to return the entire order, or part of the order, without reason within 14 days after receiving the order. Please make sure the returned sunglasses are in mint condition and in their original packaging when you return them. When we have received the sunglasses, we will refund you within 8 working days. We don't charge a restocking fee! The only cost you are responsible for is return shipping costs. For all returns, please fill in our order return form.
When you have found the sunglasses of your choosing, you can simply add them to your shopping basket. Next, you can decide to checkout or continue shopping. If you choose to checkout, you will be redirected to our user friendly onepage checkout page where you can fill in your billing address, shipping address and the payment method. Finally, you can place your order and you will directly receive an invoice after payment. Another advantage: you do not have to create an account (but if you do it will make the checkout faster for when you shop with us again).

If you have just placed your order and have finalized your payment, you should receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation e-mail, please check your spambox. Good chance you can find it there. You can also add us to your save list to make sure our e-mails won't end up in your spambox again.
