Judge Harvey

We all know a person like Judge Harvey. This is someone who always thinks he has the answer to your problems but never seems to tell you it. Instead he just laughs at you until you start laughing back and then days later you realize that he never helped you to begin with. But you can't go see him again because he took all your money. You can't ever trust a Harvey.
