Nürnberger Bratwurst

Whenever we visit Granny Norma, she stuffs us with bratwurst. Please don't think we're ungrateful. We just wish she would include some side dishes, or maybe even switch things up a bit. With her it's all bratwurst, all the time! Maybe it's the only thing she knows how to make? She does seem to have perfected the art of cooking bratwurst.
