Pizza del Mare

When John makes his pizzas, he likes to toss that dough high in the air. And I mean high enough to make everyone in the kitchen nervous. It's all part of the act though; he's in total control. Sometimes he even tosses it so high that he has time to slide on these shades before catching the dough. He's a real performer.
