Second, you're gonna need some patience as you slowly melt the sugar on low heat. Eventually it will become gooey. Lastly, it will darken up. You can add butter here or even some heavy cream if you want a more dulce de letche taste. And that's it. Now that will be $100. What you think that was a free recipe!?
