In the rare circumstance that you are not entirely happy with your purchase we would be pleased to offer you a full refund! We strive to ensure that the return process is as painless as possible. Returns need to be reported within 14 days after you made the purchase. After you let us know you get an additional 14 days to send back the sunglasses.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your sunglasses arrived damaged please contact us directly to handle the matter for you!

Once we receive your returned package or after you have announced your return, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
