Flare

Style is something that isn't taught, you either have it or you don't. But fear not because style can be bought. That's where pieces of flare come into play. Flare is what makes a person stand out in the crowd or cause a traffic accident because the driver did a double take and saw someone wear a traffic cone for a shirt. Now that's what I call flare.
