Jimmy wasn't exactly an upstanding citizen. He stole a car in Houston and led police on a long, dangerous car chase. He surrendered when he finally ran out of gas. Of course, he was arrested on the spot. But the important part is this: These are the cool shades the police confiscated from Jimmy. They deserve an owner with stronger morals.
